"Avengers Technology Company"

Tony Stark has been appointed as the new HR manager, brought into Avengers Technology Company. He wants to develop reward strategies to include work-life balance for its employees. He wants to design the remuneration strategies for the workforce having diverse motivations and choices. The Workforce at Avengers Technology Company has diversities in various ways like gender diversity with more female staff than male staff members, Multigenerational diversity by having a mix of employees from Baby-boomers to Gen X-Y &Z, as well as employees working together from different cultural backgrounds.

To provide diverse motivations, to multifarious demographics, Tony has come up with a "Choose your own Job style" program. Because of the diverse workforce needs, Tony has decided to allow flexible working hours for employees. Tony Stark is allowing to split a full-time work week of 40 hours between two people to provide more flexibility through Job sharing arrangements where they are sharing the work hours as well as the benefits between two people. Also, he is allowing people to work in a compressed workweek, with flexitime arrangements on their hours of work. Some employees are allowed to do telecommuting by working from home using computers. Thus Tony is trying out innovative and flexible remuneration strategies to motivate and reward his employees for their well-being.
