Ava is a collector of antique porcelain. She purchased an antique miniature tea set and placed in a box for safe-keeping. A few years later, she redecorated her home and decided to get rid of a bureau that she never really cared for. She placed the bureau on the curb for the weekly trash pick up. While walking his dog the next morning, George saw the bureau and decided it would look great in his study. He hauled it home and, when he cleaned it up, he found a box with an antique miniature tea set in it. He thought it might be valuable so he posted an inquiry on an online collectors' site. Ava saw the post and contacted George asking George to return the tea set. George refused. If Ava sues George for replevin, who will likely prevail?
