It includes the individual's responsibility for safety and emergency response in the event of an accident or incident.
Task 1: Move Two (2) Heavy Items in an Automotive Workplace
Upon completion of this task, you should be able to demonstrate the proper procedure when lifting heavy objects.
Student instructions:
You MUST demonstrate the proper procedure when lifting two (2) heavy object with a weight that is within the weight-lifting capability in the automotive workplace that you have been given to by your Trainer/Assessor.
You MUST include:
• One (1) vehicle component
• One (1) box of components
Tools and Materials
• Two (2) heavy object with a weight that is within the weight-lifting capability of the student.
