Attitudes are the precursor to behaviors. Changes in attitudes such as job satisfaction, organization commitment, etc. can have a significant impact on the productivity and profitability of employees and their organizations.

Describe the attitudes held by Flint city officials, state officials, and federal agency staff members involved in the decision to make the changeover of the water source and their actions, or lack thereof, after the fact.

Given the harm caused the citizens of the City of Flint, especially the children, what attitude changes have occurred or may occur in the future on the part of the citizens of Flint, and city, state, and federal officials?

Please do not talk about what happened and what the problems were with lead and contaminants in the water. These are questions about the city, state, and federal agency staff members for both questions.
