She reports she continues to attend therapy at thrive health services and she is in a good working relationship with her therapist. She reports she is on PAXIL 50 MG ONCE DAILY.She last took it last night. In the past she has been on prozac, zoloft and mood stabilizers that did not work with her. She reports she feels the paxil is working but there are still problems it does not help with. She reports her depression is on and off. She reports sweating alot, heart racing. Reports extremes of mood. She reports she has periods where she is the best of herself, becomes super friendly, talkative and outgoing.
