The Eurozone is comprised of a number of countries that each have different issues facing their individual economies. Additionally, some of the countries have very large amounts of debt which has created other economic problems (i.e. Greece). The European Central Bank is the central bank for the 19 countries which have adopted the Euro. When a country has a large deficit, that country could ask the European Central Bank for assistance. What issues does the central bank face as it attempts to assist countries with large deficits?
