A real estate agent has surveyed houses in several nearby zip codes in an attempt to put together a comparison for a new property that she would like to put on the market. The 850 houses she surveyed have a mean price of $169,507 with a standard deviation of $61,708. The mean house size is 2,093 square ft, with a standard deviation of 505 square ft. (Use 2 decimal places for the questions below.)

Which is more unusual in this market: a house in that sells for $369,000 or a house with an area of 4,400 square ft?

The house that sells for $369,000 has a z-score of ______ , while the house with 4,400 square ft has a z-score of _________
