You are the vice president of human resources. Your company is in the process of setting up an IT center in India. One of your responsibilities is establishing the systems for managers and staff in India and the headquarters HR group to communicate with each other. The good thing is that English is the dominant language in India (India was owned by England for 50 years). Conduct academic research on virtual teams' communication tools and managing remote workers in India. In a 2-3 page report, prepared in APA style with at least two references, do the following:

Question 1: Identify three synchronous (real time) communications methods and describe their pros and cons.

Question 2: Provide your recommendations to the top management team on which one of these methods you think is best for the company to adopt and why.

Question 3: Determine one other asynchronous (lag time) communications method that would serve as a good back-up system that is secure.
