Assume your company is entering a new developing market, which is highly competitive and dynamic with a diverse, indigenous labor force. As an experienced PM, you have been selected to serve as a member of a cross functional seven person team, tasked with developing a comprehensive protocol consisting of the characteristics you believe are essential for these positions.
