Assume that the counties bordering Lumpkin County and all of those to the North of it in the State of Georgia have decided that they are tired of supporting the Government in Atlanta and have decided to mount an insurgency with the ultimate objective of achieving their independence from the State of Georgia. What strategy would you devise? What theorists would you recommend they follow. What would be your first targets? How would to ensure popular support, the support of other states and nations?
