In the game of Blackjack, a player receives two cards. The value of each card is equal to its numerical value, or 10 if the card is a jack queen or king, or either 11 or 1 if the card is an ace. The value of the hand is equal to the sum of the card values. The hand is "bust" if the value is greater than 21.

Construct a 13x13 table detailing the scores for all possible two card outcomes.

Assume that aces are assigned a value to maximize the value of the hand without going bust.

What are the range of possible hand values? Determine the distribution function for the range of hand values, for a two card hand.
