Recruitment and Selection Strategy
A recruitment plan outlines your company's strategy for finding the right talent, screening the job applicants and hiring the suitable candidate. It is vital for companies to have a well-designed recruitment plan well in advance before beginning the recruitment process, rather than experimenting on the methods to determine what works best. There by saving costs and increasing efficiency.
Recruiting a new employee can be challenging in terms of cost and time if the company has no clear direction or does not adhere to standard recruitment practices keeping in mind the legal aspects as well. Hence having a predetermined plan in place, helps companies to be consistent in their recruitment efforts and enables them to direct their resources to a series of strategies that would help them find right talents. Hence this assignment provides you the necessary skills to be a part of the hiring team in your career besides applying your knowledge you learnt in LO1, LO2 & LO3.
