Suppose you are an HR Manager of a Pharmaceutical Company and answer the following questions to students about your organization for Report Writing. Avoid Plagiarism, relevant sentence structure should be followed.

1. Among Strategy Map, HR Scorecard, and Digital Dashboard, either organization use all of them or prefer any one or two? And why so?

2. Which type of interview format (structure or unstructured) and interview content do you follow while conducting an interview (situation, behavioral, job-related, stress interview, or puzzle questions)?

6.  How would you forecast the supply of internal employees for vacant posts? Is the HR department using a Manual system and replacement charts or Computerized Skill inventories for this task or any other system is adopted for recruiting?

7. Would you prefer to reappoint your former employees on the vacant posts?

8.Does your organization use any Application Form while recruiting the new employees and how is it helpful?

9.In the light of your experience how much careful selection is important? What type of test validation techniques does your organization adopt, criterion validity or content validity?
