I am also including the APA formated reference for the chapters in which to use within the the paper when you cite and reference at the end of the given assignment. Please ensure that the paper is 5 pages in length this does not include the titile page and the reference page.

  I am also including the grading cuberic for the assignment from the instructor to give a idea of what is expected in this paper in order to achieve an A.
