To keep employees in the fulfillment centers engaged and satisfied, Amazon build a large and strong human resources team. Jobs in the fulfillment human resources team include not only traditional HR positions such as HR Specialist, HR Generalist, Recruiter, Compensation Manager, Employment Relations Manager, and HR Manager, but also positions that has developed within the past few years such as HR Business Partners, HR Program Manager, Learning Experience Manager, Software Development Engineer on HR and Workforce, Business Intelligence Manager, Data Engineer, and Data Scientist on Labor Markets.
