We are going to have a discussion about "ethnic enclaves". You are required to read two articles that provide an immersive experience of "ethnic enclaves". A summary of the articles is provided to assist you with understanding "ethnic enclaves". While the articles illustrate the benefits of "ethnic enclaves", three important concerns are also expressed - namely, 1. isolation from "mainstream" Canadians in other communities; 2. inter-ethnic tensions within "ethnic enclaves", and; 3. "white flight" from "ethnic enclaves". You will be required to choose one of the concerns, provide a detailed explanation of the concern, and offer a solution (that you come up with) to potentially resolve the concern.
