Arturo Herrera has just finished a two-year business course in college. he has done well in school. he is proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint. his math and English skills are good and he work well with people. he has applied at five different companies for administrative assistant positions, but he has been turned down for all of them. Arturo knows he has the skills necessary to handle the jobs he does not understand why he has not been hired. here is what happened on his last job interview. Arturo was 10 minutes late for the interview. he left home in time to get to the interview but he had trouble finding a parking space. When he went in he told the receptionist he was sorry he was late but he could not find a parking space. the first question the interviewer asked him was could you tell me a little about yourself. Arturo thought he did a thorough job with the question. he spent 10 minutes telling the interview about his life, starting from grade school. when the interviewer asked him if he had worked before, he said he had only had summer jobs. he told the interviewer he had recently been on five interviews and he believed the interviewers were unfair when they did not offer him job.
