Controls and Protocols

Controls and protocols are put in place to strengthen security policies for networks, systems, and even physical risks. They are usually implemented through training as well as applications. This can include firewalls, anti-virusr'anti-malware, or even locking equipment up from physical threats. You want to make a list of all the risks and vulnerabilities your company may face. You want to start with the highest risk areas and work your way down to the lower risks. It is important to run regular analysis of a system as vulnerabilities and risks may change.
