Instructions

Supervisors are the managing part or are affected by the changes that occur in the company. However, they must be the first to understand them, since they must guide their employees to a position to be able to assimilate them and avoid the resistance that may arise when they are implemented.

1. Change, resistance to it and the culture of innovation that promotes change in the company.

a. Having a culture of change and innovation, does it help the company to be more or less effective?

b. Do you feel that changes in an organization were achieved without an advocate to encourage new and innovative ways of doing things? Explain your answer.

2. When presenting your answer you must:

a. Define what the concept of change means and what the concept of change agent means.

b. Broadly discuss the role of supervisors as agents of change.

c. Identify why innovation promotes or does not promote change in the company.

d. Defend your point of view justifying your answer to the main question with an example.
