Business Analytics:

You are a technology consultant and the client provides you with the following business model: I want to provide a platform for businesses to learn how consumers are engaging with their brand's online presence. This platform will review online and social media datapoints for a business and compare it with other businesses within its industry and sector and then provide an "engagement score". In order to view their updated engagement score the business will need to subscribe to your platform. We will also provide social media optimization services to help businesses increase the engagement score. Which application architecture model would you recommend? Why?
