Situation

This study aims to develop an environmental management model for Afghanistan's organization. The model will have paramount significance as academic literature already concluded that there is a dire need of developing such models to curb practices that are harming the overall natural environment. Therefore, this study is designed to induce a model through content analysis of literature. This model will be named as "ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT MODEL". It is anticipated that model will contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of organizational studies and environmental studies
