For this assessment, you will essentially form an argument to express a point of view and support it with evidence. You will need to take a position on whether Zoom is good for business communications (eg for marketing, communicating with customers, clients and other stakeholders), especially in the present COVID-19 environment or whether it has a negative impact on business and productivity (say through being a distraction to staff). Either case will be the essence of your argument. You will also estimate the benefit to business (in terms of dollars) where you argue this to be the case. And, if you ague that Zoom is a distraction, and therefore a cost on business, you are to estimate what that cost is (again in terms of dollars).
If you are not certain about the size of the business or its turnover, for your financial estimate, you can assume a business of 50 employees and a turnover (sales revenue) of $50 million. The issue and supporting evidence for your argument should be based on the materials used in your
