Context - Choose a local or international organisation with which you are familiar. All of your answers must be based on this organisation. You must be able to easily obtain the required background information to enable you to respond to the Tasks.

Select a job vacancy and base your answers on this role, assuming you are interested in working for this organisation.

Requirement - You must provide a copy of the job advertisement for the role which you are basing your assignment upon. This must be included at the start of your assignment. Include:-

-Name of the organisation

-The location of the advertisement

-The closing date for applications

Tasks -

Task 1 - Explain how your skills and qualifications are suited to the chosen role and organisation.

b) Develop a curriculum vitae (CV) for this specific job opportunity.

c) Prepare an accompanying letter of application for this role.

Task 3 - a) Explain how your CV might be used by the organisation in the recruitment and selection process.

b) Explain how you would prepare for an interview for the role. Include an explanation of any documents that you would take with you.

Task 4 - a) Explain how you will establish yourself within the new role during the first six months.

b) Explain how you might use feedback from your peers and the line manager, within your first six of work to improve your performance in the work place.
