Assessment of Morality, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Following the steps learned on course materials (up to week 7), please assess the several actions of any actual U.S. Supreme Justice (1 out 9 justices). For the evaluation of any section, please use critical thinking. Critical thinking requires the ability to evaluate viewpoints, facts, and behaviors objectively to assess information or methods of argumentation to establish the true worth or merit of an act or course of conduct. Please evaluate any scenario, starting with analyzing pros and cons of alternative views before you conclude. Follow the following steps: a. Begin with an open mind (no preconceptions!), b. Isolate and evaluate the relevant facts on both sides. Use your sources of information, corroborate the sources' information (see below, sources of information) c. Identify the precise moral question to be answered, and d.
