Identify a leader you have interacted with or are very familiar with (direct knowledge of the leader). This could be a supervisor, manager or any other leader within your organization. With that leader in mind, you will identify their traits, behaviors/styles associated with that leader and whether those help them be effective leaders or not. Respond to the questions below:

Please briefly introduce the leader, their role within the organization, and your overall assessment as to whether they are an effective leader or not

The text discusses Leadership Behavior and Styles. Providing examples, describe the identified leader in terms of their leadership behaviors. Describe whether those behaviors enhance their leadership effectiveness or hamper it. Please complete the attached self-assessment questionnaires (Leadership Matrix Self-Assessment and Transformational Leadership Survey) and use the results to describe your chosen leader. Describe your leader in terms of;

Person-oriented/Consideration versus Production-oriented/Initiating Structure leaders; and the combination of the two into a style.
