Submit a report assessing the evaluability of the program for which you are planning to design an evaluation. Include

1) an assessment of the readiness of the organization and program to undertake an evaluation,

2) the extent to which program processes and outcomes are well defined,

3) the extent to which appropriate measures exist or can be developed,

5) the extent to which program staff will be involved in the evaluation.
