Assessing the 5 conflict management style

This is intended to have you deepen your understanding of each of the basic 5 CMSs 

You need to think carefully about what's being asked. 

We are looking for things that are unique / defining to the style with more depth than you would find using a basic "google" search. You need to go well beyond this level of understanding.

FOR ex:

if you were talking about Collaborating STYLE, simply stating:

- "it's a Conflict Management Style" - IS NOT a defining characteristic or explanation - so, inadequate
