The assignment is designed to provide you with the opportunity to assess the value of internal organizational information and external environmental information and establish priorities before determining goals and objectives.

Steps

1. Search the Internet for a healthcare organization's strategic plan.

2. Analyze the plan.

Use these questions to guide your analysis:
Who are the key stakeholders identified in the plan?
Is the assessment of external and internal analysis evident in the plan?
Is there any additional information you feel would help inform the strategic plan?
Summarize at least three of the identified priorities, goals, and objectives. Please note, priorities, goals and objectives are all different.
