Question: Job satisfaction. A company institutes an exercise break for its workers to see if this will improve job satisfaction, as measured by a questionnaire that assesses workers satisfaction. Scores for 10 randomly selected workers before and after implementation of the exercise program are shown. The company wants to assess the effectiveness of the exercise program. Explain why you can't use the methods discussed in this chapter to do that. (Don't worry, we'll give you another chance to do this the right way.)
