Netflix CEO Reed Hastings has employed you as a consultant to assess the company's overall situation and recommend a set of actions to improve the company's future prospects. Please prepare a 5-6 page report to Mr. Hastings that includes the following:

(1) an evaluation of competitive forces in the market for subscription video on demand,

(2) an assessment of Netflix's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats,

(3) the 3-4 top priority issues that Netflix's management needs to address. Each top priority issue must be supported with convincing justifications using relevant concepts and tools and set the stage for what actions/recommendations need to be taken,

(4) a set of action recommendations that Netflix's top executive team should initiate.

(b) the content regarding potential strategic moves that may be suitable for Netflix.
