Scenario

You are the CEO of a large food and beverage organization across Canada, employing 15,000 employees. Almost every business is reorganizing its operations in response to the economic slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the CEO, given the immediate financial pressure that you are faced with, you are forced to make some difficult decisions about downsizing. This is in order to maintain the longevity of the organization and to appease the shareholders. In your report, please answer the following questions:
