He has a history of frequent behavioral health hospitalizations due to lack of stability. Randy has a history of trauma from his 10 years spent in the military. Randy receives Social Security Disability benefits of $1,000 a month. At this time, Randy's income is not enough to support housing. Randy is living with his elderly mother, who is not able to care for Randy due to her health issues.
