The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) agency receives a referral on Randy, a 48-year-old male. Randy's diagnoses are Schizophrenia, unspecified, F.20.9, and Alcohol Use Disorder, Moderate F10.20. He has a history of frequent behavioral health hospitalizations due to lack of stability. Randy has a history of trauma from his 10 years spent in the military. Randy receives Social Security Disability benefits of $1,000 a month. At this time, Randy's income is not enough to support housing. Randy is living with his elderly mother, who is not able to care for Randy due to her health issues. Based on the information from the referral: Discuss how Randy meets criteria for ACT services based on the information from the referral. Discuss appropriate treatment team members that should be included in Randy's care. In your discussion, include the services the treatment team members will provide.
