A new procedure is being tested for the assembly of electronic circuit boards. For each of five employees, the time required to assemble a board is measured for both the current procedure and the method that has been proposed. Given the times listed in the table, use the 0.025 level of significance in testing whether the new method could be an improvement over the one currently used.
