Several techniques to create a Job Analysis are presented and discussed. It is suggested, although not a requirement, that a combination of more than just one method could be used in completing a Job Analysis. Although some organizations use only one method.

Select an organization that you have some familiarity with. Using a general Internet search and / or a search using the online library, analyze your selected organization's Job Analysis process.

Based on your analysis, relate the information that you found.

Which factors distinguish the various aspects of the Job Analysis method by your selected organization? In what manner would your selected organization's industry impact the method selected? Why are the aforementioned questions important to consider and discuss?
