Question :

Write a c++ program that asks the user to enter a time in the format HH:MM, if all digits are the same print , "you lucky", if all digits are in ascending order prints" dreams come true" , and all digits are in descending order prints,"difficult times ahead.

It does not accept unreasonable time, or junk values, where an error message would appear and ask for another input.

No hard coding is allowed. [ what does hard coding mean , and how can the code be written ?]
