The patient is a 30-year-old Asian female who presents with a complaint of an itchy, red rash on her arms and legs. The rash began about one week ago and has progressively worsened. She describes the rash as red and inflamed, with small bumps that are very itchy. The patient has tried over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream with minimal relief. She denies any new skincare products, medications, or foods. She has no history of similar rashes. She reports that the itching is worse at night and after hot showers. The patient denies fever, chills, or weight loss.
