In contemporary American culture, confusion over sex and gender is proliferating. It is critical in this climate to get back to the Bible to see what it says on these critical aspects of who we are and how we relate to one another.

The article by Williams from the Evangelical Dictionary of Biblical Theology gives a broad overview of the Bible's main teaching in these areas.

Wilson's article, which is an excerpt from his book, Mere Sexuality, deals with the critical matter of how we convey those biblical ideas in today's culture, which largely disagrees with the restrictive nature of the Scripture's teaching.

Finally, Dr. Kim's first notes and presentation give an overview of the biblical data and how those principles apply to us as followers of Christ. His second examines gender roles from both biblical and cultural perspectives.
