Although Gap Inc. offers one of the most comprehensive benefits packages around, the jumble of information has the Web designers totally confused. The benefits programs include health and wellness benefits covering medical, dental, and vision care.
To promote peace of mind among employees and their eligible dependents, Gap offers life insurance, disability insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and protection against business travel accidents. Another health benefit is a special health care flexible spending account. Gap Inc. also offers a service that allows employees to speak with a registered nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As a "helping hand" to employees, it provides an employee assistance program (EAP) called Life Resources.
