Question 1: A patient with high blood pressure (hypertension) was admitted to the hospital and undergoing a medication change. BP for this patient has been 145-160/85-95. They are started on a new anti-hypertensive medication and the following morning before med pass, the nursing assistant posts the current BP as 112/70. Is this a normal reading?
