Consider this week's readings and at least two scholarly articles that support the role of self-awareness and choice. Respond to this question: "Are we really making choices without self-awareness?", and then identify areas you have opportunities to choose where to place your attention and share the experience of noticing when your attention is placed on something that you choose not to focus upon.
