According to the CDC 32% of Women in the U.S. are having C-Sections.

The trend for Cesarean-Sections is increasing not just in the U.S. but also globally.

However, a C-Section is the most medically invasive kind of birth.

Many camps exist on birth options and some say not only is C-Section too much of an intervention, so are pain medications (epidural), as well as performing the birthing process in a hospital. Women did after all give birth before hospitals existed.

QUESTION

Take a stance on birth interventions. Are we doing too many C-Sections? Is natural the best choice? What about in home vs in a clinical setting?
