In Home Depot would focus more on less merchandise and more on sales the more sales one gets the higher the production would be, and all the merchandise would sale faster. A company will need to keep merchandise on hand for production but if you sell materials and replenish then as they are sold there would be much better cash flow within the company and would help save more money for the company. Less financing when working with the company the higher the finance charges the less cash flow there would be gained and if the company had more cash then merchandise there would not be a need for financial help it the inventory was replenished as it is sold rather than it just sitting in the shelves waiting to be bought. The company could also have a request area for things the company did not stock and this would also bring in more customer through word or mouth. When a company implement things, others do not that will help gain clientele as well and giving the company more cash flow.
