Alabama, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled, "While sentences of life without parole (for juveniles) were still permissible, they could only be imposed after judicial consideration of the individual circumstances and the court must consider the offender's maturity level" (1). Provide the facts of Miller vs Alabama and the reason for the move to adult court.
