The first short You Tube video is somewhat dry but only 2 minutes long and makes a very important statement on what happens when schools change the menu to nutritious rather than unhealthy diets. I don't understand why this simple change is not being applied nationally. Is the profit motive of the corporations and their power to influence congress so strong that our children are being fed personality altering processed foods and sugars that completely change their personalities?
