You are a Business Analyst working on a team to specify the requirements for a new airline company and the following are the requirements which a junior team member has created.

When customers are at the airport which is where they are going to fly from to use our airline, first the passengers must go to the check-in desk, and while they are at the luggage counter the counter staff will ask to see the customer's passport and the passenger has to give their ticket booking number to the check-in staff and the worker will record the passenger in the system as being checked-in. Counter staff will print a ticket every time a passenger correctly provides the booking number and has a valid passport.

When luggage is taken to the check-in desk the staff will print a tag to put on the luggage and the code that is on the tag which is unique for that passenger and luggage, will be stored in the computer system along with the name of the passenger.

The customer is given a receipt for each luggage bag they give to staff.
