Wear a Mask? Earlier studies (March, 2020) of the Los Angeles response to the COVID-19 epidemic indicated that 78% of Los Angeles based residents wear a mask consistently when outdoors. A research virologist believes that TODAY (December 1, 2020), this rate is much different. She conducts a survey of 250 randomly selected Los Angeles residents and finds that 184 of them wear a mask consistently when outdoors. Conduct the appropriate hypothesis test that addresses the virologist's suspicions. Test at a 5% level of significance.
