Analyze appropriate methods of quantitative analysis used for business problems

This task will construct a decision tree for a business considering expanding to a new location. An essential part of this analysis will be the details you make for the company itself. Feel free to pick any industry you are most familiar with that allows a multi-node approach.

• Please address a few paragraph description of the business and its market if you use an actual business or industry, including links. If you are using a fabricated company, your report should be more complete to explain the forces at play.
• Include multiple nodes that can affect outcomes. For example, your decision tree must include three root nodes and numerous leaf nodes.
  • One must be financially related with quantifiable numbers.
  • One must be market-related (for example, marketing)
