A school administrator claims that students whose first language is not English score differently on the math portion of the SAT exam from students whose first language is English. The math scores of the SAT exam are known to be distributed normally with mean 516 and population standard deviation 109. Suppose a simple random sample of 20 non-English student have an average math score on the SAT exam of 528.
