Julius is interested in the volunteering activity of QU students. He predicts that QU students will be engaged in a different number of volunteer activities than the typical college student in the population. He asks a sample of 150 QU students to report how many volunteer activities they have completed while in college and finds that their mean number of volunteering activities completed is 5. The data are normally distributed. He then looks up the national average for volunteer activities among college students, and finds the following µ=6.15, σ=1.25.

Question: Based on the information in this scenario (and after considering the assumptions of each test), which of the following statistical tests would be the most appropriate for testing Julius's hypothesis?
