Your company has been purchasing raw materials from Atlas Supply for five years and your company has enjoyed a good relationship with Atlas. Recently, the raw material quality from Atlas has diminished. Another supplier has offered to supply you company with better quality material for 6% less than you are currently paying Atlas. You decide to terminate the contract with Atlas but want to maintain the relationship in case the new supplier does not perform as hoped. Write a appropriate e-mail to the Atlas Sales Manager (Priya Kaur) informing her of this decision.
